APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The house consists of a small fully wooden furnished attic with bathroom, small mezzanine and a bedroom with two separated beds which is divided from the living room with double sofa bed, that can accommodate up to 4 people, by a sliding wooden wall. The pleasant terrace overlooks the mountains. Also, it has two large communal areas furnished with tables and sofas to promote sociality and allow a better livability in the house. Also in the building there is an excellent pastry bar and pizzeria. It also has a dedicated parking garage, which is on the backyard of the building.

ALTA BADIA – la villa

La Villa is located at an altitude of 1,433 m above sea level in the center of Alta Badia. A small mountain village surrounded by the Pue-Odle and the Fanes-Senes-Braies natural parks, a UNESCO World Heritage, which are the expressions of ladin culture. The castle of Ciastel Colz and the church built in 1516 dedicated to Santa Maria ad Stellam form together the historic center of the village. The church also gave the village its German name “Stern”, which means “Star”. This location is a popular destination for nature lovers and active travelers. La Villa is a real hotspot: For over 30 years in December the ski stars have been meeting here for trendy and sport events.

What is perfect for skiers is the access provided from the Piz La lla cable car to plateau between La Villa, San Cassiano and Corvara or from the Gardenaccia chair lift which connects the area of Pedraces and San Leonardo.
In addition to expertly prepared ski slopes and fantastic views, many huts offer a tempting selection of delicious traditional dishes.
During summer time La Villa is completely dedicated to hiking and cycling.
Many hiking trails, mountain paths and bike rides invite active tourists to explore the beautiful surrounding valley.
